SERVICES & FEES

OUTSIDE the BOX invitations & other party goods are highly personalized & unique therefore, there are no set prices. This page, however, is designed to give potential clients an idea regarding different services OUTSIDE the BOX offers and approximate cost. OUTSIDE the BOX will work with all potential clients to develop a project estimate that fits their unique project and comfort level.
All fees below are current as of February 16, 2016, but are subject to change at any time.

All OUTSIDE the BOX party planning & design orders include:

  • $100 Initial Non-Refundable Consult Fee/due at the time of consultation
  • $50 Administrative Fee/included in final invoice*
* OUTSIDE the BOX facilitates and manages every aspect of your project including, but not limited to: creating timelines; ordering; quality assurance; vendor communication, logistical oversight; hand delivery. Administrative Fees cover these services. PLEASE NOTE: the cost of parking (when applicable) and materials are not covered under Administrative Fees and will be billed at the time of final invoice. Additionally, travel outside the Chicago city limits is not included– clients outside of Chicago will be charged $0.54 per mile in accordance with 2016 Mileage Reimbursement Rates. Finally, this fee covers the client’s use of OUTSIDE the BOX frequent customer discounts and any free shipping arrangements with affiliated vendors. 

2016 MENU OF SERVICES & FEES

Invite Design – $100

OUTSIDE the BOX will provide a maximum of three (3) designs to choose from per unique event for the $100 fee. For additional designs requested beyond the initial three (3), an additional design fee of $25/design will added to your final invoice
For events that require two (2) or more similar invitations (for example: bar mitzvah service invitation & bar mitzvah invitation with the addition of luncheon invitation – see G2 invitations in the Samples Gallery), an additional version fee of $50/version will be added to your final invoice

RSVP Card Design – $75

OUTSIDE the BOX will provide a maximum of three (3) designs to choose from for the $50 fee. For additional designs requested beyond the initial three (3), an additional design fee of $15/design will added to your final invoice

Postage Stamp Design – $30

OUTSIDE the BOX will provide a maximum of three (3) designs to choose from for the $30 fee. For additional designs requested beyond the initial three (3), an additional design fee of $10/design will added to your final invoice

Thank You Note Design – $30

OUTSIDE the BOX will provide a maximum of three (3) designs to choose from for the $30 fee. For additional designs requested beyond the initial three (3), an additional design fee of $10/design will added to your final invoice

Return Address Label Design – $30

OUTSIDE the BOX will provide a maximum of three (3) designs to choose from for the $30 fee. For additional designs requested beyond the initial three (3), an additional design fee of $10/design will added to your final invoice

Sign-In Board/Canvas Design – $30

OUTSIDE the BOX will provide a maximum of three (3) designs to choose from for the $30 fee. For additional designs requested beyond the initial three (3), an additional design fee of $10/design will added to your final invoice

Stickers & Labels – $30

OUTSIDE the BOX will provide a maximum of three (3) designs to choose from for the $30 fee. For additional designs requested beyond the initial three (3), an additional design fee of $10/design will added to your final invoice

Napkins – $30

OUTSIDE the BOX will provide a maximum of three (3) designs to choose from for the $30 fee. For additional designs requested beyond the initial three (3), an additional design fee of $10/design will added to your final invoice

Gift Card Placement Card – $30

OUTSIDE the BOX will provide a maximum of three (3) designs to choose from for the $30 fee. For additional designs requested beyond the initial three (3), an additional design fee of $10/design will added to your final invoice

Step & Repeat Design – $100

OUTSIDE the BOX will provide a maximum of three (3) designs to choose from for the $100 fee. For additional designs requested beyond the initial three (3), an additional design fee of $50/design will added to your final invoice

Event Programs – $50 per hour

Event Signage – $30/sign

Place Cards – $50 per hour

Decor & Other Party Consultation – $50 per hour
