ONE PHOTO INSPIRES AN ENTIRE BOOK

Sometimes it only takes one photo for us to be inspired. When we sat down to create a book on years of family travels to Beaver Creek Colorado, one photo of trees jumped out at us. One glance and we knew that this book had to be designed around this one simple photo. We knew it had to be the cover of the book and then we proceeded to wrap it around the book so it was on the spine and back cover – seamlessly creating what looks like a forest. The blue skies in the background and the snow inspired the color choices for the book and from there the book created itself. It’s amazing – inspiration for some books take a while, and sometimes it comes in an instant!
